I have been thinking about replacing the screws on my mill with ball screws. The originals screws are not real bad but I can start to feel them getting tight at the ends of the table and saddle travel. A few years ago I snugged up the bronze nuts a bit but thats a half ass way of taking the play out because your squeezing the nut across the split.
